Maine Sail Real Estate is a small real estate brokerage house serving the people and the lands and waters of coastal Hancock and Washington counties, in the easternmost part of Maine. We are the only real estate agency in the gateway town of Trenton, and we're located just 1/4 mile north of the middle of the Mount Desert Island bridge, between Bar Harbor and Ellsworth. 

We serve a large territory of mostly still-wild areas. Yes, we have many villages and towns, and even one small city, but our region is still largely unpopulated, with fewer than 100,000 people living in 84,000 square miles in the two counties. Such towns as Bar Harbor, Castine, Blue Hill, Ellsworth, Milbridge, Winter Harbor, and Mount Desert are within our service area. The area is also home to vastly beautiful mountains, lakes and the ocean. Acadia National Park, the nation's second largest, is right across the bay from our offices.
